Pura Vida Picnic Co. is not liable for any injuries or illness that may occur during the use of our services. Personal items are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant. We do not assume responsibility, for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with our bookings.


Afternoon rain and high winds are not uncommon here in the high county. If the weather is not picnic friendly, you will be able to either choose a different/inside location or reschedule the picnic. All  rescheduled picnics must be done so within 6 weeks.


On the day of your event you will receive a text + pin drop of the location of your picnic to help you navigate to the right area.


If any items are damaged or missing, the person booking the picnic will be responsible for the cost of the item(s).


-Picnics can be rescheduled up until two weeks before
-If weather is a factor, the picnic can be rescheduled up until the day of
-Picnics being rescheduled need to do so within 6 weeks of original date
-Any cancellation will result in loss of 100% non-refundable deposit
